As a client of Salon Shade, I agree to ALL of the policies and agree to follow all policies when doing business with Beachy Blonde, I understand any repercussions that occur by not following these policies are mine to deal with and will not hold Salon Shade accountable for any breaches of policy. I understand by booking an appointment, I am agreeing to each and every policy laid out in the policies section by nature of booking an appointment. Repeated breach of policies will not be tolerated.

I understand and accept that from time to time, there are breakdowns in appointments and I understand and accept that my own expectations and/or results initially predicted, may not turn out or happen, although Salon Shade will endeavour to always meet expectations, I understand and accept this may not be the case when I book an appointment.

I understand and agree to that Salon Shade will always recommend what is best for the hair and circumstance, I understand and agree that if I choose to go with a treatment against Salon Shade’s recommendation, that results are not guaranteed and I may not be satisfied with the end result and no liability will be placed on Salon Shade in any and all forms for any appointment.

I agree and understand that being treated with chemicals carries a risk of harm and Salon Shade holds no responsibility of your health and well-being. Allergies can develop at any time in and out of appointments at Salon Shade and I agree that by booking an appointment, that Salon Shade has no liability of my own health, well-being and safety and accept the risks as my own responsibility.

I agree to always tell the truth and be transparent regarding the dealings with my hair, my full history of prior treatments, condition and the care it has been given. I agree to not book an appointment with any other salon, if I do then further appointments at Salon Shade will not be taken. I take pride in my work and the work I do I am wholeheartedly committed to, it doesn’t work for you, your hair or me to deviate the process we are taking with your hair and will not be tolerated at my place of business. This is not a recommendation, this is a condition of my being a customer at Salon Shade.

To ensure your treatment can be delivered as planned and to ensure the best results possible for you and your hair, future appointments to complete the process of your treatment are recommended to be booked on the date of your initial consultation.

I (Salon Shade) understand that this may not be workable financially for yourself when booking your appointment, I urge that you take the previous paragraph into consideration when booking an appointment and realise that appointments are not guaranteed until they have been booked.

If I experience any worry or concern about my future appointments, I agree to contact Salon Shade to deal with my worry or concern and I understand it is up to me to ensure I get the results for my hair I am committed to.

There will be a confirmation text sent 72 hours before the start of your appointment. You will have 24 hours to confirm your appointment from when the confirmation text is sent. If you do not confirm your appointment 48 hours prior, your booking will be cancelled and you will lose the 50% deposit you have paid. You will need to book another appointment and pay a further 50% deposit for that appointment. There are no exceptions to this policy.

I agree and understand that my booking will not be confirmed unless the deposit has been received and paid in full.

I understand that results that are predicted in any initial appointment and/or conversation with Chey or Salon Shade are not guaranteed. Chey and Salon Shade will endeavour to deliver the desired result, however this isn’t guaranteed.

I understand and agree that Salon Shade retains the right to alter these policies at any time.

I understand that these policies apply to any and all future services I book with Chey under Salon Shade or any other business name.

I agree to all policies laid out by Salon Shade and agree to follow these policies. I understand Salon Shade is not responsible for any repercussion and/or instance that occurs by myself not following these policies. I agree to not hold Salon Shade accountable for any outcome that is resulted in a breach of policy by me.
